Order Processing

At Dream Sista Candles, most of our products are individually handmade and made to order. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and shipping times) after your order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Large orders or busy periods (such as sales) may take an additional 2-3 business days to prepare.
  • Even with express delivery selected, we still need 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping.

If you place an order during studio closure periods (e.g., Christmas or holiday breaks), we’ll process orders after we reopen, as announced on our website and social media. During reopening, please allow extra time as we may have many orders to catch up on.

We’re perfectionists here and only send you items we’d be proud to gift the Queen herself. If something’s not right, don’t hesitate to get in touch!


Faulty/Damaged Items

If your items arrive faulty or damaged, please provide a photo, and we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or gift voucher as appropriate.


Change of Mind

We don’t offer exchanges, but we are happy to offer a refund for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your items, as long as they’re unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

  • Return postage costs to Jervis Bay (with tracking) are at your expense.
  • Please pack items securely to protect against breakages (ideally in the same way they were sent to you).
  • Refunds will only be processed once we receive the items back in their original condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and your refund will be processed through the same payment method, excluding the original shipping charges.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Free for orders over AU$100
    • AU$10 flat-rate for orders under AU$100
  • Express Shipping:
    • AU$10 flat-rate for orders over AU$100
    • AU$15 flat-rate for orders under AU$100

Each candle is wrapped carefully and shipped with full tracking within 5 business days. We are located in Jervis Bay, so shipping times will vary based on your location.


Estimated Shipping Timeframe

Shipping is via Australia Post. These timeframes are estimates and delays may occur due to high order volume, postal service issues, or extreme weather. We cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Ensure your shipping address is correct—if a parcel is uncollected or refused at the address, additional postage will be charged to resend it.
